Thank you for purchasing from Work-Esteem Studio. By purchasing a course, webinar, digital resource, printable product, workbook, toolkit, card deck, consultation, or other offering from Work-Esteem Studio, you agree to the following Terms of Purchase.

 

1. Products and Services

Work-Esteem Studio offers educational and professional development resources, which may include self-paced courses, recorded webinars, live trainings, downloadable tools, printable resources, workbooks, card decks, journals, consultation services, and related materials.

Product details, access length, included resources, pricing, and delivery method will be listed on the product or registration page.

 

2. Digital Course Access

Digital courses and recorded webinars are provided through the course platform or delivery method listed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, course access is available for 45 days from the date access is granted.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to access the course within the access period. Expired access may not be extended unless stated in the product description or approved by Work-Esteem Studio.

 

3. Digital Downloads

Digital downloads may include PDFs, worksheets, handouts, reflection tools, guides, or other resources.

After purchase, digital files may be delivered by download link, email, course platform, or another listed delivery method.

Please download and save your files in a safe location. Work-Esteem Studio is not responsible for files lost after successful delivery.

 

4. Personal Use and Professional Use

Unless a separate license or written permission is provided, purchases are for individual use only.

You may use purchased materials for your own learning, reflection, preparation, or professional development.

You may not copy, share, upload, distribute, resell, modify, teach from, train others with, or reproduce Work-Esteem Studio materials without written permission.

If you would like to use Work-Esteem Studio materials with a team, school district, interpreter program, agency, training group, or organization, please contact Work-Esteem Studio for licensing or group-use options.

 

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All Work-Esteem Studio materials, including courses, videos, slides, handouts, worksheets, frameworks, models, graphics, written content, toolkits, journals, card decks, and downloadable resources, are protected by copyright.

All rights are reserved by Katrina Wadsworth / Work-Esteem Studio unless otherwise stated.

Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property. It grants limited access or use according to these Terms of Purchase.

 

6. Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the immediate access nature of digital products, recorded courses, downloadable resources, PDFs, workbooks, and digital toolkits are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or files have been delivered.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact Work-Esteem Studio so the issue can be reviewed and support can be provided.

Refunds may be considered at the discretion of Work-Esteem Studio in cases of duplicate purchase, accidental purchase, failed access that cannot be resolved, or other exceptional circumstances.

 

7. Refund Policy for Live Webinars or Trainings

Refunds for live webinars or trainings may be available if requested at least [insert number] days before the event.

No refunds may be available after the event begins or after access to live materials, recordings, or participant resources has been provided.

If Work-Esteem Studio cancels a live webinar or training, purchasers will receive either a refund, transfer option, or rescheduled access.

 

8. Printed Products

Printed products may include journals, workbooks, card decks, toolkits, booklets, stickers, posters, or other physical items.

Shipping timelines, if applicable, will be listed at checkout or in the product description. If a physical product cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, Work-Esteem Studio will provide an update, replacement option, or refund when appropriate.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Work-Esteem Studio within [insert number] days of delivery with your order information and photos of the issue.

 

9. Consultation and Custom Services

Consultation, custom training, curriculum development, or partnership services may require a separate agreement, proposal, invoice, or contract.

Payment terms, cancellation terms, deliverables, timelines, and scope of work will be outlined separately for custom services.

 

10. Educational Purpose and Scope

Work-Esteem Studio materials are designed for education, professional development, reflection, and skill growth.

They are not therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, mental health treatment, crisis support, or a replacement for supervision, formal interpreter education, certification requirements, Deaf community accountability, workplace procedures, or legal guidance.

Participants and purchasers are responsible for using materials within their own professional scope and context.

 

11. Technology Requirements

Purchasers are responsible for having access to the internet, email, a device, and any software or platform required to view course materials or download files.

Work-Esteem Studio is not responsible for technology limitations outside its control, including personal device issues, internet outages, email filtering, platform restrictions, or user error.

12. Account and Access Sharing

Course access, download links, and purchased materials may not be shared with others unless written permission or a group license has been granted.

Sharing login information, course links, download files, or copyrighted materials may result in revoked access without refund.

13. Pricing and Availability

Prices, products, access periods, and offerings may change at any time.

Purchases are honored according to the product details listed at the time of purchase.

Work-Esteem Studio may update, revise, retire, or replace products as the framework and resources continue to develop.

 

14. Payment

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders are not complete until payment is successfully processed.

If a payment fails, access to products or services may be delayed or cancelled.
